At Emir Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Certain products such as personal care items, hygiene products, and customized items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
